The newest member of our family....

I'd like to introduce Max, aka Maxwell, Sir Maxalot, Maxamillion, or Maxi. ( He's the newest member of our family and we're all just so totally enamoured with this furry monster.

If Max were to write up a personal ad it would say:

~Loves walks in the park ( preferably offleash ones).

~Enjoys a good shoe to munch on ( preferably leather).

~Very loyal and loving ( not to confuse a friendly nip here & there for anything but affection).

~Will be your best friend from the moment you bring me home.

Stephen & Natasha- Wedding at the Banff Cascade Gardens

Despite the unpredictable weather, this special day turned out perfectly. It was an intimate wedding, with only a few friends and family. The ceremony took place in the Cascade Banff Gardens and we couldn't have asked for a more stunning backdrop.

There were a lot of laughs and a few tears as this amazing couple pledged their vows to one another. Afterwards we had the opportunity to leisurely shoot in and around the Banff area and capture some beautiful moments.

Congratulations to you both, Stephen & Natasha, may you both enjoy many years of laughter, love and good times together.

Woodruff B-Session

A short while ago I auctioned off a lifestyle session for the 'Child Rescue' foundation and was super excited when I saw that Tanya had been the highest bidder! I had done some family pics for this awesome family just over a year ago and was thrilled that I'd be able to do some more for them...only this time the focus would be on their newest member of the family. Oliver. Seriously, how cute is that name?

Stephen & Natasha- Engagement

I first met Natasha about 20 years ago ( yep, I'm THAT old..lol) when our moms were hanging out and our families often spent time together.

We lost touch for many years until by chance we met up again at my daughters nephrology clinic where she worked. Long story short, we've stayed in touch since, and I was more than delighted when she asked me to photograph her upcoming wedding in Banff.

I have to tell you that I just love this couple. They not only bring out the best in one another, but their chemistry is so sweet and honest. Congratulations on your engagement and your upcoming wedding in the mountains.

Bring on Calgary's Wedding Season!! Looking forward to another crazy, busy few months with my good friend and mentor Edward Ross. Another season to grow creatively as a photographer both as a primary & secondary shooter...
